This has to do with diving into Blackness, into No-thing. I painted Entering the Bardo the day my aunt died.
I was very close to her and the painting is about letting go into death. All three paintings in this series are to do with the life-death transition.

Here I just play- like a kid. No Art - no search - no longing: just goofing around and having fun with frogs, monkeys and the like.
